# Typing Tale — MCP server

This address is a Model Context Protocol server (Streamable HTTP, stateless, read-only,
no authentication). It is meant for MCP clients, which talk to it with POST requests;
opening it in a browser only shows this text.

Endpoint: https://www.typingtale.com/api/mcp
Status: the game is in closed alpha (playing requires a tester password); this server is public

## Tools
- get_game_overview: what the game is, where to play it, open or closed alpha.
- get_public_stats: registered accounts, games played (total and last 7 days), active players, days online.
- get_game_modes: ways to play and rule modes.
- get_latest_changelog: latest release notes (written in French).
- get_changelog_history: past release notes.
- get_status: whether the API and its database respond.

## Connect
- Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http typingtale https://www.typingtale.com/api/mcp
- Claude and other assistants: add a custom connector with the endpoint above, in the settings.
